Terms of Service

The terms governing access to and use of Logfeed products, websites, generated content workflows, and related services.

Last updated: 2026-06-12

Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Logfeed when you access the website, create an account, connect a repository, generate content, purchase credits, or otherwise use the service.

If you use Logfeed on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

Service description

Logfeed helps founders and teams transform product activity, including GitHub events and written notes, into draft changelogs, social posts, investor updates, proof cards, and related marketing assets.

Generated outputs are intended to be reviewed by a human before publication. You remain responsible for deciding what to publish and for verifying accuracy, confidentiality, compliance, and suitability for your audience.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape non-public systems, interfere with security controls, or use Logfeed to create unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harassing, or harmful content.

You are responsible for raw inputs, connected sources, generated drafts you approve, and activity performed through your account.

Subscriptions, credits, and billing

Plans, credit allowances, model access, project limits, and top-up packs are described at the time of purchase. Credits may reset, expire, or be consumed according to the plan displayed in the product.

Paid transactions are processed by third-party payment infrastructure. Taxes, refunds, cancellations, and renewals are handled according to the checkout terms presented to you and applicable law.

Repository and third-party integrations

When you connect GitHub or another integration, you authorize Logfeed to access the selected metadata necessary to provide the service. Logfeed is designed to use product signals such as commit messages, pull request titles, descriptions, release metadata, and event timing rather than modifying your repositories.

Third-party services remain governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, data accuracy, or availability of third-party platforms.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content and source material you provide. Subject to these terms, you grant Logfeed a limited license to process that material to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

Logfeed owns the website, application, design systems, workflows, software, trademarks, and documentation. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or create competing services from non-public portions of Logfeed.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AI-generated drafts may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable without review. Logfeed does not provide legal, financial, investment, employment, or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logfeed will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption.

Termination and changes

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, fail to pay, or use the service unlawfully.

We may update these terms to reflect service changes, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
